paper positions vienna will highlight the versatility of paper as a medium in art from 21 – 24 November 2024 at the Kursalon, Johannesgasse 33, centrally located at the heart of Vienna. The galleries are given the opportunity to showcase their positions focused on the medium of paper with all its specific features, its fragility and its enormous flexibility. Departing from traditional booth setups, paper positions adopts the ambiance of an art salon within the framework of an art fair, creating the atmosphere. The limited number of exhibitors also underlines the character of a large themed group exhibition. The spatial design of the fair with the open floorpan enables a more direct approach to the artworks, which effortlessly gives the opportunity to perceive, discover and rediscover the artistic positions in dialog and to exchange thoughts on what has been seen.
